ORTON-GILLINGHAM INSTRUCTION
Fluency Fuel offers intervention based on the Orton-Gillingham (OG) Approach, a highly respected, research-supported methodology designed specifically for individuals with dyslexia.
The Orton-Gillingham approach is:
- Explicit and direct
- Sequential and cumulative
- Diagnostic and prescriptive
- Multisensory, engaging visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning pathways

TAKE FLIGHT® DYSLEXIA INTERVENTION
Fluency Fuel also provides instruction using Take Flight®, the comprehensive dyslexia intervention curriculum developed by the Luke Waites Center for Dyslexia and Learning Disorders at Scottish Rite for Children in Dallas, Texas.
Take Flight is one of the nation's most comprehensive interventions for students with dyslexia and is widely recognized for its structured, intensive approach to reading instruction.
The curriculum includes explicit instruction in:
